Why I Do This


More than anything, I’m a mom, a storyteller, and someone who believes deeply in preserving the moments that often pass us by too quickly.


Becoming a mother changed me in ways I can’t fully put into words. It brought out a patience and compassion in me that I didn’t always know I had. My life has also carried deep loss and complicated chapters — all of which shaped how I show up for my children and the world around me.


When I was diagnosed with cancer, everything changed again.

Time became something I no longer took for granted. I started noticing the smallest things — the way my kids laughed, the chaos of everyday life, the quiet in-between moments that usually get overlooked. I didn’t want those moments to fade or be forgotten.


That’s when photography stopped being just something I loved… and became something I needed to do.


That desire to give my kids something steady, meaningful, and full of memories is what eventually led me here.

A Little About Me


Outside of photography, I’m someone who loves the simple, grounding things in life.


I’m a HOT coffee lover through and through (hazelnut creamer is non-negotiable), and I find joy in quiet hobbies like puzzles, reading, journaling, painting, and fishing. I also love music, podcasts, documentaries, hiking, exploring new places, and spending time with people I care about.


Fall is my absolute favorite season — there’s just something about it that feels like home. And I’ll never say no to pizza or a good Thanksgiving meal.


I’ve also learned to appreciate slowing down when I can…always choose the nap over chores!

Living in Northeast Ohio has surprised me in the best way. The changing seasons are something I’ve come to deeply love — each one bringing its own kind of beauty and storytelling light.
